Staged on the 20th year of IBPAP, Solaia: The IT-BPM Awards symbolize the industry's evolution and resilience, reflecting its commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Named after a sun-kissed hill, "Solaia" embodies the radiant spirit and vibrancy of the Philippine IT-BPM industry, echoing its aspirations for continued growth and global prominence.

With categories ranging from BPM Company of the Year to Innovative Program of the Year, the awards spotlight companies and initiatives shaping the future of the IT-BPM landscape. Entries for the awards will undergo rigorous evaluation by industry experts, ensuring fairness and transparency in the judging process.
In partnership with Great Place to Work, Solaia: The IT-BPM Awards will also feature, Philippines’ Best Workplaces in IT-BPM 2024, emphasizing the importance of workplace culture and employee well-being in driving industry excellence.
Entries for the awards will undergo rigorous evaluation by industry experts, ensuring fairness and transparency in the judging process. The awards ceremony is slated for June 13, 2024, at the Grand Ballroom, Shangri-La the Fort.
